I opened the box pulled back the lever and the lever screw fell out. It was stripped out from the factory.

I have not used this item yet, but am replacing one I had years ago. I expect the same fine usage from this reel as my old one. I can, however, rate the supplier as excellent to superb. The package came in only two or three days, and was exactly as advertised. I would and will buy again from this supplier.
