****WARNING****
Ignore the picture above. This is not a reel, just the spool. Hopefully this will get fixed, but returning it has been a pain. Everybody involved tried to helpful, but it is still a pain in the neck- and I still don't have a reel :-(
It does look like a very nice spool, and I would be happy to own the reel that it belongs to, but who would put an $80 reel on a 3wt? It would be nice if some company out there would realize that a lot of fly fishermen are not the rich guys wading in tweed anymore, but real people who have to watch their budget.
